Dr. Aaron Golson (he/him/his)
Aaron is a Biology Education Research Postdoctoral Fellow. His research interests focus on equitable-based practices within organizational systems. He believes an organization’s culture should welcome diversity of thoughts to encourage individuals to become transformational leaders. He has been able to collaborate on several evaluation teams across disciplines such as public health, agriculture, and youth development. His experience with youth development in underserved communities has propelled him to recognize the role evaluation contributes to creating inclusive environments. Aaron is passionate about utilizing community-engaged research to enhance future societal sustainability efforts. Aaron holds a holds a Master of Science in Human Development and a Master of Business Administration in Agricultural Business from South Carolina State University and earned a PhD in Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication from the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of Georgia.
